| The rubbery membrane of Simpanova is the core of the Air System technology. The semi-sphere structure allows the vascularization of the epidermis. Each sphere is 3cm distant from the other therefore it enables a normal sweating. |

| The Simpanova membrane can be combined with the soft polyester fabric “AREO”, which is particularly suitable for sensitive skins. Thanks to its completely perforated shape, it works in perfect synergy with the Simpanova membrane. In this way it absorbs excess moist and keeps the horse’s skin cool and dry. |
AREO |
VPR is the technical name of a particular and innovative fabric, in origin it was studied for aviation applications, that allows the free circulation of the air between two surfaces in compression. Soft little cylinders made in rubbery material (EVA) keep the saddle “hanging” and allow a great circulation of the air avoiding moist and sweat build-up. The VPR membrane stays inside the saddle pad and it is then protected by high perspiration fabrics such as Dry Sec or P12 (grating polyester fabric).
The result is an extremely innovative product thanks also to its characteristics of heat sink, but at the same time it is practical and has an easy maintenance: a really unique product! |
